SCR 16                                                                       
Senator Pearce requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(FIN) Urging the                            
state executive branch administration, University of Alaska                    
administration, and Alaska Court System administration to negotiate            
collective bargaining agreements that result in a net zero cost                
increase, be taken up.

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(FIN) be placed at                          
the bottom of todays calendar.  Without objection, it was so                   
ordered.
